The 5Rhythms™ comprise a simple movement practice designed to release the dancer that lives in everybody, whatever age, limitations or experience. The 5Rhythms invites each of us to deepen our self awareness as we pay attention to our bodies in motion. Ted has been dancing the 5Rhythms™ since 1996 and is an accredited 5Rhythms™ dance teacher having successfully completed Gabrielle Roth’s teacher training program. He has a background in performance and theatre and was a professional actor and playwright for ten years before training as a Shiatsu practitioner.
Come and join us for a weekly high energy 5Rhythms workout as we surrender ourselves to the joy of movement. These drop in classes are open to all dancers and no pre-requisites, previous experience or specific level of fitness is required.
