Queen Street Studio is a non-profit creative development and rehearsal space run by artists for artists. Opened in June 2005, Queen Street Studio is a response to the lack of affordable and appropriate space for artists in Sydney to practise their craft. The studio provides a low-cost, no-frills facility for the performing arts community in Sydney and features a large open rehearsal area with heaps of natural light. Queen Street Studio is a member-based organisation governed by a Board of Management. Membership is only open to individuals and groups who identify as emerging, independent or established performing artists. Search for available times in the studio by browsing our new Booking Calendar. Members can now access the site’s exclusive Members Area. Bookings are made on a “first in” basis. Rates are charged by the hour and fall into two categories: Member and Non-Member. Weekly block bookings are also available. For more information please call 0419 825 895
