Queen Street Studio manages Studio 10 — a space for meetings, seminars, events, launches and arts-business at the FraserStudios facility in Chippendale.
Facilities include:
- Total 300sq metre area
- 17.9m x 16.8m complete floor-space (7.8m x 8m dimension of kitchen)
- 4.2m height - exposed timber/steel beams
- Shared kitchen includes sink, hot water, fridge, urn, microwave, utensils, cutlery, tea/coffee
- Concrete floor
- 32amp 3-phase power
- Shared toilet, shower and kitchen facilities
- Large meeting table with chairs
- Sofas
- WiFi access
- TV + DVD player
- Separate smoking area/courtyard
- Retractable projection screen
Studio 10 is open 7-days-a-week Monday–Friday from 7:30pm–10pm and Sat/Sun/Public Holidays from 9am–9pm.
Please note: Studio 10 is a thoroughfare to artists accessing their respective studios and shared toilet and kitchen facilities. The studio is a non-commercial space and therefore the selling of goods and services (including admission charges) is strictly prohibited. Additional utility and venue management charges apply to all events. Events must conclude 1 hour prior to the studio’s advertised closing time to allow for clean-up/bump-out. Noise restrictions apply to amplified sound. Studio 10 is not a place of public entertainment and is not available for private parties or live bands. First-time hirers must allow 24hrs notice for initial booking as a staff member will need to be available to meet you at the studio to induct you into the space. Venue inspections for this studio can be pre-arranged with Management. All hirers must adhere to the Studio’s Terms and Conditions.
