To apply for a membership to Queen Street Studio please complete the application form opposite and submit. An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address. Invoice includes payment options (including EFT).

Queen Street Studio is concerned about your privacy and will NEVER submit your personal details to any third party without your prior concent.
