Eva has been performing, teaching and dancing for 18 years. She studied Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary in Barcelona. In Spain, she co-founded Tramunteatre Theatre Company, performing at all the major Festivals in Spain and touring Europe. In 2000 she relocated to Australia where she co-founded and was creative director of Fireflys, an all-female theatrical circus troupe.

Eva is now creating and directing new works that combine dance, circus, physical theatre and music with Dance Circus. In 2006 Eva performed in The Magic Flute, a collaboration between Opera Australia and Legs on the Wall. Eva is also a founding member of DirtyFeet and has danced in works by Carol Dilley, Richard Allen, Kay Armstrong, Daniela di Fabio, Paul Cordeiro and Anton.

Some of her latest performances include an ABC commercial directed by Ingrid Kleinig, Anton’s dance music video Garage Party and Anton’s work Form performed at the 2006 Australian Dance Awards and at We Like Short Shorts 2007 at Dancehouse in Melbourne. She was awarded Best New Talent for choreography at Short Sweet & Dance 2007.

She often works with ‘Kush Cabaret’, a theatrical music troupe formed by charismatic performers who present a unique style of musical cabaret. Combining music, dance and circus skills, the Kush Show tells irresistible stories of gypsy passion and romance.
