Space for meetings/launches managed by Queen Street Studio

Studio 10 is a large open-plan area on the ground floor with street-front and vehicle access via large roller-door. The space is a common area for resident artists who have right of passage to the front door, shared toilet and kitchen facility. The space is ideal for meetings, seminars and launches for new ideas, projects or initiatives that invest in the independent arts sector of Sydney. The area has an industrial warehouse aesthetic and offers an ideal space to conduct arts related business.

Studio 10 is open 7 days a week Monday-Friday from 7.30pm-9pm and Sat/Sun/Public Holidays from 9am-9pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of Studio 10 and its close proximity to resident artists and neighbours, restrictions are imposed on all activity include no live bands, no selling of goods or services and no parties. FraserStudios is not a place of public entertainment and therefore it is strictly invited guests only. The courtyard must be closed by 8pm and all amplified music/sound must be set at a moderate level. All hirers must adhere to the Studio’s Terms and Conditions.

Member – Non-Profit:
$20 p/h (before 5pm), $30 p/h (after 5pm)
or $150 per day, $600 per week
Member – Commercial:
$30 p/h (before 5pm), $45 p/h (after 5pm)
or $200 per day, $920 per week
Non-Members:
$60 p/h (before 5pm), $100 p/h (after 5pm)
or $400 per day, $1600 per week

(additional charges apply for cleaning, security, garbage removal and venue management)
