Studio 10 is a large open-plan area on the ground floor with street-front and vehicle access via large roller door. The space is a common area for resident artists who have right of passage to the front door, shared toilet and kitchen facility. The space is ideal for meetings, seminars and launches for new ideas, projects or initiatives that invest in the independent arts sector of Sydney. The area has an industrial warehouse aesthetic and offers an ideal space to conduct arts related business.

4.2m height - exposed timber/steel beams
Shared kitchen includes sink, hand basin, running hot water, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee plunger, chopping boards, utensils, knives, cups, glasses and plates. Tea, coffee, filtered water
Concrete floor
3-phase power (20 amp)

Shared toilet, shower and kitchen facilities
Large meeting table with chairs

Revenue raised through the hire of Studio 10 assists Queen Street Studio with its overheads in the provision of programs and management of the studios. Hire of Studio 10 is via application. To apply, complete the Studio 10 Event Request Form below and submit. All hirers must adhere to the studio's terms and conditions.

Space restrictions:

Due to the nature of Studio 10 and its close proximity to resident artists and neighbours, the following restrictions are imposed on all activity in this space:

Amplified sound must not exceed 5 decibels.
Goods (including alcohol and food) or services cannot be sold on premises.
All guests must be invited - it is not a place of public entertainment.
Activity must be arts related.
Operating hours cannot exceed an 8pm curfew
